2026 Senior Year
Senior Portraits are a tradition, but I believe it's important to make this tradition represent you. I offer 2 Senior Session options (30 or 60 minutes); a Sports Session option (because traditional team photos are less-than-personal); and an Add-On Session for repeat clients.
30-Minute Session
30-minutes, 1 location, unlimited outfit changes, private online gallery including print-rights for digital downloads.

60-Minute Seesion
60-minutes, 1-2 locations, unlimited outfit changes, unlimited locations, private online gallery including print-rights for digital downloads.

Senior Add-On
If you booked a 30 or 60 minutes Senior Session, you can add-on a 20-minute additional session anytime during the school year. This can be used for a Sports Session, Cap and Gown Session or an extra senior session for a different season.

Where are you located?
I'm based in Auburn, IL, but I do not have an indoor studio. I use outdoor spaces for my Senior Sessions. I can travel within reason, but appreciate staying in the Auburn/Springfield area.
Some of my favorite locations for Senior Sessions include Sugar Creek Covered Bridge, Lincoln Memorial Gardens, Ostermeier Prairie Center, Nipper Wildlife Park, Edgewood Golf Course, Downtown Springfield and Township Park.
What should my Senior wear to his/her Senior Session?
Be comfortable! You may change outfits as many or as a little times as you can fit into your session time. I can bring a portable changing tent, but I suggest layers that can be switched up quickly!
Solid, muted colors, not neon, tend to photograph best. Busy prints can be distracting. Skip the logos. Texture is good - think denim, knits, lace, flowy long dresses. Skip the hats as they cast shadows on your face. Hair spray those whispies down. empty your pockets of phones and keys.
What time of day should we schedule our photos?
I shoot outdoors, so my favorite time of day is the hour before sunset. That varies throughout the year. I can shoot your session anytime during daylight though. As far as time of year - it's up to you! It's your senior year, not senior fall. Fall is pretty, but anytime of the year is okay. For Auburn, you will need to have your senior photo submitted to Mrs. Cunningham by mid-November.
I have an idea for a new pose. Will you be able to execute it?
I can help you pose, but if you want to try something new you've seen, let me know! I'm open to new ideas within reason. I admire photographers that will hang off cliffs and jump into traffic for a new shot, but that's not me. If you are looking for something a little more daring, I can certainly recommend some other amazing photographers to fit your style!
What if it rains on our scheduled session day?
Rain happens. If your session is rained-out, we can simply reschedule.
Can we bring props?
You may bring any props you'd like to incorporate into your session time. This can include: instruments, sports equipment, bible, bow, a pet, your car, future-school t-shirt, etc. I will have a 2026 blue and white tassel with me as well as a blue cap and gown if you'd like to borrow. It may not fit perfectly, but you won't receive yours until April/May.
Does my parent come with me to my session?
This is all up to you. Your family is welcome to tag along, or you can come alone. Sometimes parents can offer less-than-helpful ways to smile, or a younger sibling can offer a funny moment to smile about. I find sometimes seniors are more likely to be cooperative for me, than mom. You know your family best, so I leave that decision up to you!
